These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our services, including our website at https://www.growwen.com, our SaaS products (Growwen ERP), our internship program, and any related services.

Growwen Technologies provides:

• Software Services — custom web development, mobile app development, business automation, AI/ML integration, UI/UX design, and related consulting.
• SaaS Products — Growwen ERP and other software platforms offered on a subscription or one-time basis.
• Internship Program — structured internship tracks for students and fresh graduates, offered for a program fee.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

You must notify us immediately at contact@growwen.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Fees for services, products, and the internship program are as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. Growwen Technologies does not store your payment card details.

Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

All content, code, designs, logos, and materials on our website and products are the intellectual property of Growwen Technologies or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

For custom software developed for clients, intellectual property ownership is governed by the specific project agreement signed between Growwen Technologies and the client.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software products.
• Resell or sublicense our services without written authorisation.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growwen Technologies disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Growwen Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
