Refund Policy

Custom Software Services โ€” Project-Based
Refunds for custom development projects are governed by the individual project agreement. Generally, milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been accepted.

Internship Program โ€” No Refund After Onboarding
Internship program fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced (i.e., once you have been assigned a mentor or project). Cancellations requested before onboarding may be eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of payment.

Growwen ERP โ€” SaaS Subscription
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refund is issued for the current billing period. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of payment are eligible for a full refund if the product has not been actively used.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to Growwen Technologies for software services, the internship program, and SaaS product subscriptions. It does not apply to third-party services or tools purchased separately.

2. Internship Program

Eligible for refund:

  • Full refund if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and onboarding has not yet commenced.
  • Full refund if Growwen Technologies is unable to provide the enrolled track due to operational reasons.

Not eligible for refund:

  • After onboarding has commenced (mentor assigned, project access granted).
  • If the internship is terminated due to violation of our code of conduct.
  • Partial completion of the internship duration.

3. Custom Software Services

Refund eligibility for custom projects is determined by the signed project agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement:

  • Advance/retainer payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone has been delivered and accepted.
  • If Growwen Technologies fails to deliver agreed milestones within the agreed timeline without reasonable cause, a proportional refund may be negotiated.

4. Growwen ERP โ€” SaaS

  • Monthly plans: No refund for the current billing period. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
  • Annual plans: Full refund within 7 days of payment if the product has not been actively used (no data entered, no users added). After 7 days, no refund is issued.
  • If the service experiences significant downtime (>72 consecutive hours) due to our fault, a pro-rated credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@growwen.com with:

  • Your full name and registered email address.
  • Order ID or Payment ID (from your confirmation email).
  • Reason for the refund request.

We will review and respond within 3โ€“5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days via Razorpay.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may raise a dispute through Razorpay's resolution process or contact us to escalate. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
